Customer information such as name, email address, mailing address, phone number, fax number and billing information is collected for the sole purpose of providing services to our customers.

RETURN POLICY

We will only accept returns within 14 days of your receipt. You will receive a store credit of the same amount you paid for the purchased item(s), excluding shipping and handling fees, provided the condition upon return is the same as when shipped to you. Please make sure all returns are sent in the original packaging to prevent any damage during shipping and enclose a copy of the original invoice/packing slip noting the reason for return. We recommend all returns be insured against loss and shipping damages. We will not issue credit for items not received or damaged in transit to us. Please allow 14 days from the time we receive the return to process your credit. Make sure to contact us before sending us any item(s).
